Join Us Tonight for the September's Meeting
Dear Legionnaires, Auxiliary Members, SAL Members, Veterans, and Friends,
You are invited to attend the American Legion Hunter-Morris Memorial Post 911 Monthly Meeting on Tuesday, September 8, 2026, at 7:00 PM.
Our monthly meetings are a chance to stay informed, get involved, and help shape the programs and events that support our veterans and strengthen our community. Whether you are a longtime member or new to Post 911, we encourage you to join us for an evening of fellowship and service.
Tonight, American Legion Post 911 welcomes Scott Baker of the Texas State Guard, who will speak about his service and experiences as a search-and-rescue diver. Join us to hear firsthand about this unique and demanding mission.
Then, this Friday, September 11, at 7:00 PM, we invite the community to join us at Veterans Memorial Park in Cedar Park for our 25th Anniversary 9/11 Remembrance Ceremony. Together with the City of Cedar Park, local JROTC cadets, veterans, first responders, and community partners, we will honor the lives lost on September 11, 2001, recognize those who answered the call, and ensure that our promise to Never Forget continues with the next generation.
For God and Country,
Ray Via Commander American Legion Hunter-Morris Memorial Post 911 Cedar Park, Texas
“Still Serving.”
